Abiola Ajimobi Technical University, formerly known as the First Technical University, is a state-owned technical university that is located in Oyo State.
Abiola Ajimobi Technical University was established by the former governor of Oyo, Senator Abiola Ajimobi, in 2017 as a technical university. The university was granted approval by the National Universities Commission (NUC) that same year to start academic activities in the institution.
