ESUT School Fees and Payment Procedure for 2026/2027

Enugu State University of Science and Technology, known as ESUT, is a state-owned state university that is located in Enugu. It is the first state-owned university of technology.

ESUT was established as a nonresidential, multicampus institution and modeled after Harvard University. ESUT history began in 1980 when the university was established in Anambra State by Governor Jim Nwodo.

The university continued as Anambra State University of Technology (ASUTECH) until 1991, when Enugu State was created out of Anambra State, so some part of the university was ceded to Anambra State when some part of the faculties, which were Enugu and Abakaliki, were joined together to form Enugu State University of Science and Technology.

With two campuses on hand, another campus was established at Adada Nkopologwu in Uzo Uwani, where the Faculty of Applied Natural Science and Social Science students took lectures.

ESUT is one of the driving forces among all other universities of science and technology in Nigeria, and it is driven by its vision to be the premier university in Africa in capacity development that promotes service to society through quality teaching, research, and community service.
